RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
1. This policy is only applicable to Products purchased through our HI-REV Junction Webstore (as defined in the Terms and Conditions).
2. You may request for a refund of the Product purchased under the following circumstances:-
2.1 the Product is substantially different to the image on the Portal;
2.2 the Product is faulty;
2.3 incorrect Product was received;
2.4 the Product is damaged on arrival; or
2.5 non-receipt of the Product purchased.
Request for a refund shall be made via our firstname.lastname@example.org under the Return and Refund Category. Request for a refund is subject to the terms and conditions in this policy.
3. We do not accept any exchange of Product. You can only return the Product, at your own cost and risk via courier, to the following Return Address :

Condition of Product to be returned
4. Please return to us the Product in the following condition, within fourteen (14) working days of the Product being received by you at your nominated address:-
4.1 in its original condition;
4.2 unused, (unless to use the product will require installation/DIY); and
4.3 in its original packaging, with the price tags, wrappings, box, and accessories (if any) still
5. All returns must be made via traceable courier to the above Return Address and use the downloaded Returns Form. The original proof of postage must be kept and produced if and when requested.
6. You are solely responsible for the delivery risks and condition of the Product to be returned until it reaches us at the Return Address. We will not be liable for any loss or damage prior to the Product's arrival at the Return Address. You are advised to package the Product to prevent any loss or damage to the Product or its box. Please ensure all Products are returned in their original packaging.
7. The return of a Product does not amount to an automatic refund by us. If you return the Product we will examine the returned Product to determine whether you are entitled to a refund by considering amongst others, whether the Product is in the condition as set out in Clause 4 (as applicable) and we will inform you of our decision within a reasonable period of time.
8. Any justified refund will include the delivery charges paid by you for delivery of the Product to you, the delivery charges amount shall not exceed the original charges incurred when product delivered to you.
Cancellation of Order
9. If you cancel your order but we have already processed the Product for delivery to you, please do contact our Customer Service team immediately in order for us to confirm if a cancellation, stop or refund is possible. Should the Product leave our warehouse and is not able to be retrieved back, you must not unpack the Product when it is received by you and you must send the Product back to us at the Return Address at your own cost and risks within 2 working days from the dateof the Product received.
10. Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your order, any sum debited to us from your credit card or other financial payment gateway will be re-credited to your account as soon as it is practicable for us to do so PROVIDED THAT the conditions in Clauses 5 to 9 above as are required of you are met. If you do not return the Product delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery of the returned Product, we shall be entitled to deduct the said costs from the amount to be re-credited to you.
11. We will refund using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
12. As it is our policy to endeavour to process orders immediately, it may not always be possible to stop an order from being despatched after your cancellation/request for a return and refund. After despatch, this policy will apply.
13. We may review and update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in the law and changes in our business practices, procedures and structure. While it is not generally feasible to notify you of changes to this policy, the latest version of the policy may be available on our Portal.
